What started as a lean cold chain operation grew quickly, not because of a marketing push, but because food distributors needed a carrier who showed up when larger providers couldn't keep pace. We built our client base the hard way — through referrals, through reliability, and through being the company that answered the phone when something went wrong at midnight. Since opening our doors in 2019, we've remained based in Mississauga, serving businesses across Ontario with the same principle that started Frontline: your supply chain is your business. We treat it that way.

Husain — Co-founder & Operations
When our truck broke down in Belleville at midnight mid-route, it was Husain who drove out personally to swap the vehicle so the delivery didn't miss. He leads day-to-day operations and is the person clients reach when something needs solving in real time. His approach is to show up, take ownership and fix the problem.
Shawn — Co-founder & Business Development
Shawn leads business development and helps shape how Frontline is built and scaled. He manages client relationships and the systems that keep operations running consistently as the business grows. His focus has always been on building an operation that doesn't just perform today but can scale reliably as clients grow with us.
