Inside a midnight truck swap: how we kept one overnight route on time

1 min read By test

It’s midnight on a weeknight and a truck breaks down outside Belleville, mid-route, with a delivery due before a client’s morning open. This is the exact scenario every distributor worries about when they ask “what happens when something goes wrong?”

Here’s what happened: our co-founder drove out personally, swapped the vehicle, and the delivery arrived on time. Zero service interruption for the client, and no ticket number was ever involved — just a phone call and someone with the authority to act on it immediately.

That’s not an exception we like to tell. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every route, every night.
